The Australian High Commission organized an intelligence training workshop for the Malaysian Law enforcement personnel. This three-day workshop required English-Malay simultaneous interpretation to ensure effective knowledge transfer between instructors and participants.

Given the small venue and remote location, a traditional interpretation booth setup was not feasible. Instead, Maven provided a portable interpretation solution to deliver clear, uninterrupted communication throughout the workshop.

Limited Space – The venue lacked sufficient room for a standard interpretation booth, requiring an alternative, compact solution that could still deliver high-quality audio.

Remote Location – The workshop was held in a remote location, making it essential to use lightweight, easily transportable equipment that could be set up quickly and function reliably.

Portable Interpretation Equipment – We deployed a wireless, portable interpretation system, allowing interpreters to work efficiently without requiring a large setup.

The law enforcement training workshop was successfully conducted without language barriers, allowing officers to engage fully with the course content. Despite the venue constraints and remote setting, our portable interpretation system provided a seamless and efficient solution, reinforcing our reputation for adaptability and precision in diplomatic events.
