About

Providing interpretation at physical or hybrid events requires more than just interpreters — it depends on a robust technical setup. This includes interpretation-specific equipment such as interpreter booths, headsets, receivers, audio mixers, and language channel routing systems. In addition, microphones, projectors, speakers, and other AV peripherals may be required to support overall event communication.

Our technical support teams handle the setup, testing, live monitoring, and tear-down of these components, ensuring that interpreters and audiences stay connected.

For virtual and hybrid events, tech support may also include specialized streaming tools, platform integrations, and virtual event production services to coordinate audio routing and real-time language distribution.

Types of Equipment.

We provide a full range of professional-grade interpretation equipment tailored to venue size and event format. This includes:

‍FM (frequency modulation) portable systems – Suitable for large or open-air venues where range and portability are essential.

‍Interpreter consoles and headsets – Allow interpreters to manage audio input and output independently, with clear channel selection.

‍Interpreter soundproof booths – Fully enclosed booths that minimize background noise and comply with ISO standards for simultaneous interpretation.

Hybrid & Remote Setups

For both hybrid and fully remote events, we provide end-to-end interpretation support through dedicated platforms and customized technical setups.

In remote scenarios, interpreters and participants are entirely online. Interpreters receive and deliver audio through secure channels, and our team handles virtual coordination, managing timing, tech transitions, and language-channel routing.

For fully virtual conferences and multilingual webinars, we offer virtual event production services, covering backstage coordination, cue management, speaker onboarding, live troubleshooting, and recording.

For hybrid events — where speakers and attendees are on-site but interpreters work remotely — we provide on-site technical setup and support, including proper audio feeds, camera placement, interpreter audio return lines, and platform integration. Our technicians ensure remote interpreters can access the event with minimal delay and full audio-visual context.

We also manage audience-side distribution, such as delegate headsets or in-room language channels.

We support and integrate with platforms like Zoom (with interpretation plugin), Interprefy, KUDO, and other RSI-compatible tools depending on your infrastructure and preferences.
