Frequently Asked Questions

Consecutive interpretation (CI): For smaller meetings and community settings.
Simultaneous interpretation (SI): For conferences and multilingual events.
Formats: On-site, Remote, or Hybrid
Support: Technical assistance and equipment rental (e.g. headsets, booths) available upon request.
While this site focuses on interpretation, we also offer professional translation. We've always provided both, but now showcase them separately through dedicated brands and websites for clarity and focus.
Interpretation is spoken. It happens in real time, usually during meetings, conferences, or phone calls. Interpreters listen and immediately relay the message in another language.
Translation is written. It involves converting documents, websites, or text from one language to another. Translators work with written content and have more time to ensure accuracy.
The interpreter waits for the speaker to pause, then translates what was said. It’s like taking turns — the speaker talks, then the interpreter talks.
Simultaneous Interpretation (SI):
The interpreter translates while the speaker is still talking, almost at the same time. It’s used for big events like conferences where things need to move quickly.
Simultaneous interpretation services are available for major world languages and official (vernacular) languages. Please note that rare dialects or uncommon language combinations may not be supported.
With a global network of professional interpreters, we provide on-site and remote interpretation services in almost every part of the world.
We offer turnkey solutions for remote, hybrid, and on-site formats, including:
- Interpreters' team
- Remote interpretation virtual platforms
- On-site equipment (booths, consoles, headsets, etc.)
- Turnkey solution: delivery, setup, testing, live monitoring & troubleshooting, dismantling
You can also rent equipment and tech support separately if you’re using your own interpreters.
We own—and, if necessary, source—interpretation equipment in locations where we have offices.
Equipment delivery and technical support are also available in major cities across the European Union, the Gulf, Southeast Asia, North America, and Australia through our trusted partner network.
We also supply peripherals like microphones, projectors, and AV gear as part of our setup.
